Lily Kilbert

About
Lily Kilbert is a Case Manager at The Florida Law Group, one of Florida’s most trusted personal injury law firms. In this role, she supports our attorneys and trial teams by overseeing the administrative components of client cases. With her help, focus, and experience, it is simple for our team to stay atop even the most complex and work-intensive cases.
Lily brings extensive legal experience to her position. Before joining The Florida Law Group, she worked as a Case Manager for another prominent law firm with nationwide offices. There, she honed her case management and organizational skills to impressive levels, including working on cases that dealt with complicated medical liens. She also worked as a Pre-Suit Legal Assistant to a Partner at another law firm in Florida.
Lily’s leadership abilities go beyond the legal field. Some of her most notable experience in management comes from her time with the University of Florida and its Department of Recreational Sports. While attending the University of Florida to earn her B.A. in Political Science and African American Studies (and before graduating summa cum laude), Lily held several roles within the department, starting as Operations Associate and moving up to Program Assistant for Recreation Managers. Here, Lily helped lead large teams and complex departmental operations.
Also, at the University of Florida, Lily was the Co-Founder and Director of the Panhellenic Council Diversity Committee. She personally pioneered and implemented inclusion training for 5,000 sorority women, mobilized 18 Panhellenic Sororities to add a formal inclusion role into chapter bylaws, and more. These roles remain active today within the university’s Panhellenic community, signifying sustained structural change.
Other skills that Lily holds that add to her repertoire as a Case Manager of The Florida Law Group include being a Notary Public certified by the State of Florida and being certified in various Microsoft Office programs.
